Hi there Tori, thanks for asking. It depends on what picture above your referring too. If you mean the last one above, with the brass objects, the answer is no. Those are just display items.

However you can buy one of those boxes of chocolate frogs, or some of that cotton candy you see in the other pictures.

There are a lot of windows you pass inside Hogsmeade village that have cool looking items in the windows on display. Most of them you can’t actually buy, they are for display only. But the items in the windows of shops you actually can go into you can buy, yes.
